Statesir instruments is founded by Chris Clark, a builder and technician originally from New Jersey, now based in Oxford UK. Known for his meticulous craftsmanship, Chris creates each instrument with strong attention to detail, whilst highlighting tradition and innovation.

Statesir uses locally sourced materials whenever possible, and carefully selects eco-friendly wood, promoting both the longevity of their instruments and the health of the environment.
